Shipping Policy
How long will my order take? All products are printed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be made before it ships. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- UK: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: up to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & import charges For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We have no control over these charges.
Lost or missing orders If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Split shipments If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Restricted countries We're unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier or legal restrictions. If your country isn't available at checkout, unfortunately we can't fulfil your order.
